Meet Cathy

Cathy is an ordained minister with the Evangelical Covenant Church, currently serving as the Executive Pastor at ResLife NYC church, and having served previous churches, both in urban and rural communities, as a church planter, lead pastor and worship pastor.  She is passionate about helping her coaching clients seize the hope and possibilities that can move them forward in life, leadership, loss and vocational transitions in the coaching process.

As a coach, healthy organizational leadership, excellent systems and seeing churches and organizations thrive are her key heartbeats. She also has extensive experience working with pastors and leaders in emotional and spiritual health having served alongside the founders of Emotionally Healthy Discipleship for six years.

In addition to full-time church ministry, Cathy has a diverse vocational background, having performed on the Broadway stage, worked as a professional canine behavior consultant, and owned her own multi-site small business for ten years. 

All of these life and vocational experiences have added to the depth of Cathy’s coaching and consulting expertise for clients going through vocational and/or life changes, as well as leaders and entrepreneurs desiring to accelerate the growth of their organizations..

Coaching Through Leadership & Life Transitions
No matter what leadership challenge you are experiencing or what leadership role you are in, leaders can benefit from a regular “check under the hood” coaching session to gain insight and tools for their “leadership toolbox.” Life transitions can take many forms; some common transitions are moving to a new place, changing jobs or careers or your level of leadership.

Coaching Through Loss
Loss can take many forms; daily we deal with small losses and often in life we incur catastrophic loss like losing a family member or friend, going through divorce or transitions like moving to a new place or changing jobs or career roles.

Coaching Women in Pastoral Ministry
Women in ministry continue to encounter challenges that their male colleagues do not experience. There is hope and encouragement in coaching around those unique challenges/opportunities for women serving in their first call as a lead pastor in ministry and leadership.

Sessions last 60 minutes (with a 75 minute initial first session).

Coaching sessions are typically online, however phone or in person can be arranged.

How much are your sessions?

Sessions cost $125/hour. I do offer a complimentary 20 Minute meet and greet session before taking on a client so you can ask questions and make sure you are confident in your coaching readiness. Paid up front 6 package sessions are offered at a discounted rate of $95/hr.
